’s Ochtends wakker worden met het geluid van de Wielewaal verderop, de Zwaluwen rondom het huis.
Ivona en Andrija hebben echt hun best gedaan om het iedereen naar de zin te maken. Overheerlijke snoepjes voor kind Harry :-) , een boot ter beschikking waar we heerlijk gebruik van konden maken.
De hosts reageren ook meteen wanneer je contact opneemt.
Je komt aan in een geweldig huis aan de rivier en ik zong dagelijks “Live in a boothouse down by the river”.
Een dagje niets doen hier is geen straf op dit huis midden in de natuur. Zwemmen in de rivier hoort daar dan ook bij.
Buiten zit hier en daar een spin die dan weer goed tegen de muggen is, geen mug in huis omdat alles keurig van horren voorzien is. Een kleine gifgroene kikker die op bezoek komt. En nee, ik heb de kikker niet gekust! Het zwaluwnest onder de steiger en de prachtige Libelles die tussen het riet doorschieten.
Lekkere restaurants op loop of vaar afstand.
’s Avonds genieten van een fabuleuze zonsondergang en met het gezang van kwakende kikkers voldaan in slaap vallen in het prima bed.
De beste accommodatie die we mochten hebben in Montenegro.

Een wisser bij de douche. Die hebben wij dan maar even aangeschaft.

Locatie, locatie! Super, direct aan het water, ruim huisje en je loopt zo naar het strand. Ook zeer leuke restaurantjes op loop/vaar afstand!
Keuken en keukengerei kan iets schoner.

The location of the house is amazing, right at the river, with ladder into the water. No direct neighbours, and since it was off-season, we had the area for ourselves. Clean bathroom, spacious bedrooms, we slept very well. Kitchen is fully equipped. Living room very spacious, outside area had everything you wanted, despite a little weathered.
We had a little ant problem. Although we didn't have open food in the kitchen, large ants digged through the walls and landed in the kitchen, partly dead. Same in one upper bedroom, where there was no food at all. The owner apologised, didn't happen before, and we know in a wild countryside, you have animals around. Still, a bit annoying.
Also the house simply feels like a family is just living there. Clothes, medicine, noodles can be found in the cupboards. Very private, no complaint, just an observation.
One bedroom didn't have a blanked prepared, we got the sheets out of the cupboards ourselves and covered the blanket.
Sadly the motor boat did not work, someone before broke the motor apparently. Would have been fun to ride the boat.
