About this apartment rental
Apartment 1 on the ground floor of our house has two bedrooms, a living room with a comfortable couch and a dining area, a separate kitchen and bathroom (shower / toilet).
A sunny, south-facing terrace adjoins the living room. Here you can already have your breakfast in the summer months or end the evening after an eventful day with a good glass of Palatinate wine.
In the tourist community of Elmstein in the heart of the Palatinate Forest, we offer you three comfortable holiday apartments. - Perfect for everyone who likes to hike, bike, or just want to enjoy the wonderful nature and prefer a cozy travel home with self-sufficiency. Our house is quiet, right on the edge of the forest, making it the ideal starting point for hikes in the beautiful natural surroundings of the Palatinate Forest Nature Park.
Our apartments are comfortably furnished and offer space for two to four people with one or two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining area and shower / toilet. A south-facing terrace or balcony adjoins the living room. Here you can already have your breakfast in the summer months or end the evening after an eventful day with a good glass of Palatinate wine.
Relax and unwind after an eventful hike or bike ride in our sauna in the basement of our house. ..... Or just take a day off!
All three apartments each have separate entrances from the outside. The corona-related distance rules and contact restrictions can therefore be adhered to without any problems.
You can rent one of our garages for your car or park it on one of the outdoor parking spaces.
On request, we can offer a bread roll service from our local baker. In the cellar of our house we have an extensive range of drinks - including wines from the German Wine Route - ready for you.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts. Küche könnte etwas größer sein, allerdings für 2 Personen durchaus ausreichend. Terasse vom Schlafzimmer u. Wohn-Esszimmerbereich erreichbar. Sehr schön war es, täglich auf der Terasse zu frühstücken und das es einen Brötchendienst gab, so dass wir jeden Morgen mit frischen Brötchen frühstücken konnten. Der zur Nutzung gefüllte Getränkekeller war auch nicht zu verachten. Außerdem erkundigte sich unsere Vermieterin, trotz ihrer Abwesenheit, mehrmals ob alles rechtens wäre. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit dort und fanden alles zur vollsten Zufriedenheit.

Unsere zwei Urlaubswochen in der Ferienwohnung Nr. 1 haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung liegt zur Südseite hin und bietet von Anfang an einen großzügigen und behaglichen Eindruck. Im Wohnzimmer wird der Gast von schönen Sitzmöbeln, einer Essecke und ausführlicher Urlaubslektüre erwartet. Im Flur und in zwei Schlafzimmern gibt es viel Platz für Urlaubs- und Wandergepäck. Eine gut ausgestattete Küche, Getränkekeller, Waschküche und ausreichend Stellplätze runden das Angebot ab. Die Wohnung liegt absolut ruhig und kann auf jeden Fall weiterempfohlen werden.
