Spacious, clean, warm. Well equipped. Everything in good condition. Friendly host- good communication via whatsapp and also gave helpful tips on shopping, eating and getting about . Property is in a well maintained building very close to train and bus station- bus No. 1 goes to the old town. Short walk to town centre. Supermarket right behind property. Area feels safe at night.

We really loved our stay in Villa Mimosa. First of all: there is a lot of space. We were travelling as a group of 4 adults and 3 small kids, and normally it is really difficult to find a space that fits everyone. Here, you really have more than enough space and all the amenities you can wish for. From outdoor kitchen, to a play-area in the garage, to 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. Plus, everything is new and of good quality, surrounded by a nice garden.
Second: the pool. The kids and we loved it. The first couple of days we had the pool all for ourselves, and afterwards there was another group in the neighboring villa (with which you share the pool), but this really didn't interfere at all, and even with full occupancy there is enough space for everyone to lay at the pool. Plus, the surrounding garden, cultivated with a lot of care by the owners, is beautiful, and makes you feel like you're in a luxury spa.
Finally, the owners, living in the same premises, were super helpful and nice.
Really can recommend this property if you're looking for a nice, slightly secluded place to spend a short vacation with friends or family. If you plan to use the car a lot to go some other places, it might not be the best location though (see below).
The only true downside is the super tiny street in front of the house. If you have a SUV or longer station-wagon and manage to survive your vacation without scratching the car, congratulations. Sometimes I was reluctant to go anywhere, dreading the moment of exiting the property and returning. In general, we experienced Diano Marino and many Ligurian coastline towns as a real nightmare to drive in, due to many small streets, a lot of traffic (in our case it was a long weekend with many tourists), and rather aggressive and careless drivers. I've been to almost all Italian regions over the last 30 years, but never experienced something like this. However, if you have a normal-sized car I believe the situation will be much better.

La maison jolie et confortable mais limite pour 8 , le couple qui dort au salon n a meme pas une petite armoire pour ranger ses habits !
On se sent constamment surveillé !
