Book Villa Opulence with a pool in Istria and spend a relaxing vacation in Croatia! Relax in a private spa center with a large indoor-outdoor pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, and gym! Villa Opulence is a true masterpiece of modern architecture, set in the green surroundings of a quiet Istrian village Jurici. Offering peace and privacy, this luxurious Istrian villa is a great choice for a vacation with family and friends, open all year round. Moreover, it offers a lovely setting for private celebrations. Villa is suitable for 8 guests, but upon request and with a surcharge (45€ per night and guest) extra beds for additional guests can be arranged.
Villa Opulence with pool has a living space of 480 square meters and lays on a private plot of 5.000 square meters. In total it offers 4 large bedrooms with a private bathroom in each. Each bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed (> 180cm), that can be separated into twin beds on request. All bedrooms are on the first floor and have very stylish decorations.
On the ground floor of the villa, you will find a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances, utensils, and cooking equipment. Here you will find a large dishwasher, refrigerator, wine cooler, microwave oven, stovetop, oven, kettle, juicer, blender, and coffee maker.
The beautifully tended garden features green lawns with green hedges and several trees providing shade. Under the biggest tree, there is a large wooden table and wooden chairs, perfect for outdoor dining.
Located in a small Istrian village, within a 15-20 minute drive to coastal towns and to beaches, Villa Opulence is a great choice if you want to stay in a quiet area and yet be able to easily rich the city and sights.
Villa Opulence has a heating and cooling system and thus is its great choice for a stay throughout the year.A surcharge of30 EUR/day for energy costsapplies, regardless of the number of guests staying.
The swimming pool is heated. It is 18 meters long and 3.5 meters wide thus it is perfect for swimming. The large glass walls can open so in warmer months you can easily exit to the sunbathing terrace in front.

We really enjoyed staying in this beautiful villa and spent most of our days outside near the pool. Everything was sparkling clean and the house is equiped with everything you need for your stay.

This trip was more than a holiday; we shared the space with some good friends we haven’t been able to see as much as we would like. Friendships and bonds were renewed mostly around the outside grill which we cooked at almost every night until the sun set and an abundance of stars filled the sky- the darkness made stargazing an absolute dream

I was amazed at the house interior and exterior. It is beautiful and purposeful. Villa has everything you need and want and most importantly hosts are amazing with great tips and excellent communication. I would recommend it to everyone!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Villa, die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich.
Es war alles sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet.
Die Lage ist abgeschieden und ruhig, aber perfekt wenn man seine Ruhe haben möchte.
