The home is fabulous! The neighborhood is quiet, and the layout of the home accommodated 3 couples well. The pool was definitely a perk. Loved it! Would highly recommend.

Great house for our business executives that were working in the Santa Rosa area. Quiet neighborhood and great walking trail close by. House was beautifully decorated, clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay here again!!

Rented this house on a Saturday night with a few girl friends. The house is spacious and modern, very clean. However, the oven and stove controls popped off when trying to turn on the burners. The refrigerator does not cool, our drinks were warm. We used the pool early evening and by 7pm the next door neighbor was yelling at us from across the fence. Our group was not loud, we had music playing from our phones. Please note Santa Rosa does not allow amplified music- this should be posted on the booking site (not sure if I missed that). The neighbor proceeded to put in a complaint and we went inside for the rest of the night. Very uncomfortable encounter. I got in touch with management who was very nice about the situation. The morning of our check out the same neighbor was outside mean mugging us as we loaded our cars. We all felt very harassed by the neighbor. The neighborhood has signs everywhere that say “homes, not hotels”. Not a very welcoming environment. Nice place but would not stay again.
