About this house rental
Situated on the west coast of the Crozon peninsula between the beaches and the centre of Crozon, this house was completely renovated in 2021 and enjoys a lovely south-facing position with views over Morgat bay.
This 120 m² detached house is spacious and bright, with a large terrace offering uninterrupted views out to sea.
Ground floor: Entrance, large garage, utility room, wooden terrace overlooking the garden.
First floor: Living room with a fitted kitchen opening onto the dining room and lounge opening onto a large wooden terrace.
Bedroom with double bed (160*200) - Shower room - separate WC.
Second floor: 2 bedrooms with double beds (160*200) or 2 single beds (80/200); bathroom and separate WC.
Outside: landscaped garden, barbecue. Ample parking for 2 vehicles.
Located 800m from the Portzic beach and just 500m from the centre of Crozon, where you'll find the market (6 days a week), supermarkets, all local shops and good restaurants.
The Crozon cinema "le rex" is 200 m away.
Animals are not accepted.
In addition to the rental fee, the following charges will be billed:
Compulsory fixed price of €130 for: cleaning service, bed linen and towels. To be paid directly on site.
Water: 2.0 Euros/m3 Electricity: 0.20 €/kW (except from June to September)
