Easy to get luggage in and out with wide stairs and hallways.
Bedding is nice and was clean and comfortable.
Their site says parking is available but no mention of there being a charge to park. Staff was very unhelpful in clarifying this after the fact and said they could make suggestions on where to park, but never did. The hallway carpet was filthy as was one wall by the kitchen table. Shower slide does not stay up so that needs to be fixed.

Everything is new in the rooms, it looks super well maintained and they put a lot of effort into making it a nice experience. I liked the self checkin procedure and that also that there was proactive communication by the Arbio team via the booking chat.
They were always nice and wanted us to have a good experience.
The bus stop is right in front of the building and you can reach the main station in around 25 mins (taking the bus)
The room was a bit small, we stayed for a week and it felt a bit cramped, but the terrace made up for it.

For my taste The pillows were too big and soft. But it's a matter of personal liking, because I like smaller and harder pillows. It was good that there was at least one such for people to choose from

There is a small kitchen available
The local cleaning team is very rude and unprofessional. I complained about it, hoping for a resolution, and the guest services team never got back to me. False promises and taking more time than what’s really acceptable. I think it’s been almost 2 weeks now and I don’t have a response yet.
