About this apartment rental
This studio is situated in the outbuilding of the main house and visitors are welcome to enjoy the garden. Entry is through the gardens and the apartment has a combination lock that will be changed for each visitor. The studio consists of a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, fridge with in-built freezer drawer, microwave, inbuilt oven and hob. The studio is supplied with cooking equipment, glassware and so on, and the owner will happily supply anything else as needed on request being a keen baker herself.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs there is a large living room/bedroom that offers a dining area, sleeping area and living area. The studio has been fitted for 2 people as it has a double bed but could accommodate a child, who would have to sleep on a camp bed.
The garden has a small pond, which is covered with a wire mesh, and home to three goldfish. There is an outside table and chairs on the patio that guests can use and all guests are welcome to enjoy sitting outside watching the birds and the antics of the owner's friendly dog. There is an off-road parking space for our guests.
The owner is resident in the main house and are very knowledgeable about the area. Free Wi-Fi is available in the studio.
We are located in the cute traditional English village of Hatfield Broad Oak, just a stones-throw from London Stansted Airport, with two great pubs, a butchers and a local shop. Bishop’s Stortford, Harlow Town and Sawbridgeworth offer the quickest connections to London by rail and are all just a short drive away.

it was clean nice a good size u can have u own place not share at low prices and not share be close to london in london u new pay alot of share here u dont have that choice the host was great gave me everything i need picked me up at the train station when i arived and she drove me to local airport washed my sheets on the bed every week they got a nice dog its safe u can get into london on transport just over and hour but somtimes the bust wont show up but for sure great if u have a car if u dont its still good as u can still get into london i only had a few problems in a 40 day period very comfortable nice quite good internet great service just great in every area i love my stay here

my husband i stayed here for a week whilst visiting family and friends nearby. fiona couldn't have done more to make us feel welcome. she is a wonderful host with a lovely dog and cat to play with :) the village itself is quiet and quaint, with plenty of walking-so having two pubs within distance was very handy!

My boyfriend and I had a great experience staying at Fiona and Roger's studio. They are very helpful and always giving us some tips and things to do around the area. Anything you need they will be there to help you and advise you. The countryside is very quiet and beautiful. Plenty of walks to do around. It's very close to London so if you want to visit the city but also be in a quiet place and with nature all around, this is your place! We will definitely recommend their studio.

Cosy space with all necessary amenities. Plenty of hanging and drawer space for clothes. Very helpful hosts. Definitely need a car (or bicycles) to get around and visit neighboring villages.
