Kaag Resort is a boutique apartment complex with an open waterway to the Kaag and Braassemer Lakes. The ideal spot for anyone who is passionate about water!

Your apartment is spacious 100m2 living + 19m2 terrace on the ground floor, bright and completely private. The decoration and facilities radiate comfort and convenience. You will have 2 bedrooms with comfortable boxsprings and a 40m2 open plan living room, fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. The sofa in the living room easily converts into a comfortable sofa bed for 2. The bathroom and toilet are separate and you have a private balcony (19m2) that overlooks the marina and the water. Also ideal for kids with trampoline jumping, tropical swimming pool and Monkey Town within walking distance.

## Neighborhood

The Kaag Resort recreation apartments are located right beside the river Leede. This river is an open waterway to the Kaag Lakes, the Braassemmer Lake, and the city center of Leiden. The perfect location to take a tour by boat on Saturdays across the culinary market or pay a visit to one of the cozy little restaurants on the water.

The surroundings offer a wealth of recreation possibilities. The golf course is within walking distance and the same applies to the sauna, tennis courts, sports school, restaurants, supermarket and the center of Warmond. The Warmonder forest is just opposite the resort. You can easily reach the beach for a nice walk with a fresh sea breeze.

This central location ensures that all possibilities are within reach. Cities such as Amsterdam, Haarlem, Leden, Delft, and The Hague can be reached within 30min by car!

Near Kaag Resort, there is a charming marina, a railway line, and an air traffic zone. Additionally, boats frequently navigate the nearby rivers and lakes, enhancing the picturesque character of the region. While the location offers beautiful views and convenient access to transportation, it may also come with some noise from passing trains, overhead airplanes, and watercraft traffic.

## Transit

You will be able to explore Warmond and its surroundings on foot or by using the public buses. Regional buses and trains will get you to the surrounding towns and cities, but if you really want to explore the general area, a (hire) car will make your life easier.

Wow unbeschreiblich ein sehr großes Apartment mit einem großen Balkon mit Blick auf einen Bootshafen

Die Ferienwohnung liegt direkt an einem kleinen Hafen und ist geräumig, ideal für 4 Personen. Die Hauptstraße und eine Bahnstrecke mit regelmäßigem Zugverkehr in unmittelbarer Nähe sorgen für Umgebungslärm. Die Anlage ist etwas hellhörig, insbesondere, da die Schlafzimmerfenster zum Atrium führen und man die Geräusche der Nachbarn hört. Die Küche war minimal ausgestattet, die Sitzmöbel teilweise abgenutzt. Die Terasse ist groß mit schönem Blick auf das Wasser und die Boote. Die Betten waren bequem, Bettwäsche, Handtücher & Parken waren inklusive. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war angemessen. Die Strände, die Städte Leiden, Den Haag & Delft sind nicht weit weg, also gut für einen Besuch von Südholland.
