Duży, wygodny apartament. Byliśmy rodziną 4 -osobową w apartamencie 6 osobowym, miejsca bardzo dużo. Działka pełna zieleni i kwiatów. Trochę daleko na piesze wycieczki od jeziora Maggiore, ale za to cisza w nocy.

Die Wohnung war sauber und die Betten frisch bezogen. Leider waren mehrere Teller, ein Teil des Bestecks/Gläser noch stark verschmutzt. Toll dass es eine Spülmaschine gibt, auch Spülmittel und Tabs waren da. Fön fehlt. Hand- und Duschtücher ebenso in ausreichender Menge. Etwas Liebe könnte die Wohnung gebrauchen. ;-) Der Toilettenpapierhalter drehte sich im Kreis, die Küchenutensilien könnten aufgerüstet/erneuert werden. Tolle überdachte Terrasse, super Pool mit 2 Höhen, toll für die Kinder.

Super Anlage, gut gepflegt. Der Pool ist spitze mit einem niedrigen und einem tieferen (1,40m) Bereich. Liegen zur freien Verfügung, Sonnenschirme und Baumschatten vorhanden. An weiteren Aktivitäten (Tischtennis, Kicker, usw.) alles wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die Wohnung war sauber geputzt. Leider hatten die Vorgänger uns sehr dreckiges Geschirr hinterlassen, das war unschön. Grüne, eingetrocknete Soße auf mehreren Tellern, wir mussten alles durchspülen, auch die Gläser und das Besteck. Es gibt eine Spülmaschine aber keinen Fön. Bettwäsche frisch und Betten bezogen bei Ankunft. Handtücher in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Küchenuntensilien etwas dürftig. Wir haben einen Schöpflöffel nachgekauft und hinzugefügt, Kochlöffel fehlen, Salatbesteck kaputt (hat jemand vor uns zum Kochen genommen, dann ist es geschmolzen und derjenige hat es so in die Schublade gelegt). Haus sehr hellhörig. Verdunkelung in den Schlafzimmern nicht ganz abdeckend möglich. Der Herd ist in dieser Wohnung ein Induktionsherd (andere haben zT Gas), leider kann er nur eine Platte mit voller Leistung bedienen, sobald man eine zweite Platte gleichzeitig benutzen möchte, werden beide auf halbe Leistung heruntergeregelt. Alles in allem Super Preis Leistung - ein paar Kleinigkeiten reparieren oder erneuern wäre schön und würden es perfekt machen.

Eine sehr ansprechende Ferienwohnung, jedoch mit der Sauberkeit sehr schwierig (benutzte Unterhose im Kleiderschrank/ voller Benutzer Kaffeefilter schimmlig in der Kaffeemaschine) Pool super erfrischend und sauber. Die Terrasse ist mega nur leider hat der Sonnenschutz nicht funktioniert... Und wurde trotz Meldung am 2. Tag erst am Tag der Abreise gerichtet. Und leider war die Wohnung nicht besenrein übergeben zu und musste erst gekehrt werden.
