Belair Villas (Selene and Helios) are a complex of two villas, situated between the village of Vamvakopoulo and Chania town. The villas share a main entrance gate and driveway/parking area, while all other facilities remain private to each property.
Villa Helios is an attractive stone-built villa featuring bright, airy living spaces and an inviting outdoor area. Covering 215 m2 across three levels, it accommodates 6 guests in 3 bedrooms.
Ground Floor
Upon entering the ground floor, you will find an open plan space. The living room features a sofa and a 55" Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, ensuring a self-catered experience, and adjacent to it is a dining table for four. This space also features direct access to the pool area.
Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor, each featuring a king-size bed (1.80x2.00m) that can be converted into two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) upon request. Both rooms are equipped with air conditioning and a 43" TV with Netflix, and they open directly onto the outdoor area and pool. Each bedroom also includes a private seating area with a small table and chairs. Two bathrooms are available on this level, one adjacent to each bedroom. One bathroom is specially designed for guests with mobility restrictions, while the other features a rain shower, vessel sink, and toilet.
First Floor
A staircase leads to the first floor, where the third bedroom, a bathroom, and an outdoor terrace area are located. This bedroom also features a king-size bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), which can be converted into two twin-size beds (0.90 x 2.00), upon request. It also includes air conditioning, a 43" TV with Netflix, and a private balcony to enjoy the beautiful countryside and distant sea views. A bathroom with a rain shower, vessel sink, and toilet is conveniently located next to the bedroom.
The highlight of the first floor is a delightful roof terrace. This little retreat invites relaxation, whether soaking in the bubbles of the four-seater hot tub or enjoying the sea, countryside, and village views from the small table and chairs while catching up on a book.
Lower floor
Fitness enthusiasts will appreciate the well-equipped gym on the lower level, which includes a treadmill, elliptical machine, free weights, leg press, multi-gym, and a 50" smart TV to follow your workouts. Additionally, a laundry room with a washer-dryer combo is conveniently located on this level.
Outdoor Area
The poolside area of Villa Helios is a good-sized space, offering all you need to make the most of outdoor living. The outdoor facilities include:
- A private, ecological 40 m2 swimming pool with salt water and ladder access, 1,50m deep throughout. The pool can be heated with an additional daily charge for the entire stay, and it requires at least one weeks advance notice.
- The pool terrace provides ample space to relax for all guests with 6 sunbeds, 2 chaise longues, 4 umbrellas, a hammock, a cushioned outdoor seating area under the pergola and an outdoor shower.
- Cook on the charcoal barbecue or make the perfect pizza in the bread/pizza oven. A mini fridge and sink are also available. A portable gas BBQ is also available.
- Dining table for 6 under the pergola
- Parking space for 2 cars inside the villa premises, under a designated shaded parking area and for more cars within the grounds if necessary.
**Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR15 per night from April to October and EUR4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.

Very luxurious villa with ample room for 3 couples. We were one couple and our adult son, so we felt like kings! Pool is delightful (you need to pay extra for heating it about 500 for the week). Gym downstairs was a boon for our son, he enjoyed the Jacuzzi also. Very distant view of the Mediterranean over a working lumber yard and other houses. LOCATION: Not easy to find after a long transatlantic trip.It's in a working neighborhood well outside of Chania, not chic location, but convenient to a supermarket and an Aldi.We had to drive everywhere. Chania was 20 minutes away in serious city traffic.We had a delightful time, The very nice owner of the property came to pick up the tax (cash) and say goodby. We had to insist that someone meet us at the Villa when we arrived, and yet we never figured out how to use the washing machine, or the oven etc. But these few inconveniences were FAR outweighed by the luxury and delightful style of this villa.

Truly wonderful villa, very comfortable and everything thought of.
Yorgos was so very helpful and always on hand to help out, make recommendations etc which was so appreciated as this was our first trip to Chania.
