Oasis 1917, formerly known as Phoenix West II 1917
This is a North facing unit with incredible views of Gulf State Park and awesome rates!!!
Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated three bedroom, four bath condo. Come check out the large custom kitchen and a 60'' HD TV in the living room, and flat panel HD TVs in all the bedrooms. No expense was sparred when we decorated this condo at Phoenix West II.
Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh, grab your favorite drink and relax. The north facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views. A wet-bar, ice-maker and wine cooler will enhance any party. The decor in the condo is exceptional.
The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom also has a king and there are two queen beds in the 3rd bedroom and we have a sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping up to 10.
Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe and; bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.
The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.
For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

Until was well furnished and the balcony views were amazing looking west of orange beach to gulf shores. However the water heater didn’t work and we had to take cold showers our first night. So we were delayed our first night. We fortunately had an electrician in our family and we had to reset the breaker inside of the water heater each day to get hot water. I hope it’s properly fixed for the future guests. The other problem was the elevators. They only had six for the whole property... so it is a 30-60 minute wait from high traffic times like 9-11am or 4-6pm. No exaggerations.. They split the beach space for people that rent chairs and those who bring their own equipment. So you’ll have to set up at 7am if you want a good spot by the water. Overall we rather stay in a less crowded area with less amenities to avoid fighting for an elevator or beach space.
