Lovely little place. Really nice chilled atmosphere. Staff were really friendly and very accommodating with us having friends from another hotel over for Fondue night and just generally throughout our stay.
Location was great, down a small path you can find a bus stop into Le Lac etc. we went there quite a lot and it’s 10mins and the shuttle buses are frequent - 15m at peak times and 30m non peak times (sometimes 1hrly if late in the evening).

Great bar with some really tasty local beers.
We loved the games room (Darts board needs putting up properly though!)
Great ski room and location is superb. Just a short 150-200m walk down to the end of a Blue slope to get the bubble lift.
Bathroom was basic but fine, shower was excellent.
Very comfy bed - incredibly comfy actually.
Room was small but that’s expected skiing and we had enough space for two of us and two suitcases. Ample storage for hanging things.
Room very, very warm with the radiator.
Really nice lounge area but the bar. Very Cosy and relaxed on the sofas. The wood fire was a bonus!
Our room smelt a bit with regards to the drainage from the toilet a bit. It wasn’t that nice but we managed to keep it contained. Friends at another hotel also mentioned the same though and I think it’s more just the area and being high up in the mountains.
The water points in the hotel could do with being refilled more regularly. A bit annoying at night having to use the tap in the bar which I’m not sure was even drinking water.
A little cold in the games room with the front door always swinging open / could do with being insulated a bit better.

Location is brilliant for access to the slopes. 1800 is relatively quiet, but it's easy enough to get a bus to 2100 for evenings if desired.
Communal areas were fun and had a pool table and a bar.
Dinner was lovely - we arrived late and had a lovely steak and chips!
Rooms/bathrooms are very small and tight. No room for a ski bag on the floor etc. I woke up one night to a small mouse in our room.
Contrary to other reviews, breakfast was rather over rated.
We were also overcharged for breakfasts - we cancelled ours and elected to get supermarket croissants!
