Accommodation description:
This spacious first-floor apartment is located right on the old Roman road. Ski gear can be stored in the heated ski storage room and the living room with TV and comfortable seating area is perfect for cosy evenings with the group. In the kitchen you can prepare the most delicious meals and from the large balcony you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets against a mountain backdrop. Great for holiday photos!
The residence is blessed with a quiet location in the middle of the fairytale landscape. In summer, the most beautiful hiking trails start practically on your doorstep. In winter, the family ski resort Berger Alm in Steinach am Brenner is not far away. About 32 km away is the Stubai Glacier, in the neighbouring Stubai Valley. Of course, the ski resorts around Innsbruck also offer plenty of skiing fun.

Unsere 4-köpfige Familie (Kinder 7 J., 12 J.) war 2 Wochen lang bei Sonja und Franz. Die Wohnung ist riesig, makellos und gut ausgestattet (Sie erhalten sogar Handtücher). Die Lage ist praktisch für das Wipptal und Inssbruck und gleichzeitig ruhig und mit toller Aussicht. Vor allem, dass die Gastkarte die Nutzung der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ermöglicht - und zwar kostenlos!
Franz und Sonja waren sehr gastfreundlich. Wir erhielten sogar ein Willkommensgeschenk bei unserer Ankunft und nützliche Informationen, und eines bei unserer Abreise. Sonja ist immer da, wenn man Hilfe braucht oder Fragen hat. Drei Monate im Voraus erfuhren wir, dass wir unseren (ursprünglich 3-wöchigen) Aufenthalt (leider) um eine Woche verkürzen mussten... Villa for You war zur Stelle und dies erwies sich für unsere Gastgeber als kein Problem und ohne zusätzliche Kosten.
Und im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften... der Mietpreis ist sehr günstig...
Warum also zögern, wie Sie lesen, hatten wir eine tolle Zeit und sind dankbar für Sonja und Franz... Kim, Wannes, Florien und Stefan (Belgien)

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung mit massig Platz. Vor allem die große Küche haben wir sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung ist top und es ist alles vorhanden. Die Vermieterin hat sogar einen Weihnachtsbaum aufgestellt, nochmal vielen lieben Dank dafür! Das nahegelegene Skigebiet ist klein aber fein und insb. für kleinere Kinder bestens geeignet.
Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!

Eine wirklich tolle Ferienwohnung! Wunderschön und ruhig gelegen, mit einer tollen Aussicht. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind trotzdem nicht weit entfernt. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, ist sehr sauber und auch sehr geräumig. Die Vermieter kümmern sich liebevoll um Haus und Gäste. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
