Great location. Clean, comfortable apartment with everything we needed.
Lack of reliable wifi. Wifi is such an essential service nowadays that we didn't realise the apartment didn't offer it.

It's located in a very pretty part of Rostock.
The wifi network was weak and unstable in the apartment on the top floors.

It was very clean and spacious.
Warm water in the shower and sink didn’t work on my first day, and there was no internet connection at all. The staff communication wasn’t the best, they didn’t update me on the progress of the warm water issue and ignored the lack of internet connection. The bed was too soft, uncomfortable, and damaged on one side. The bedsheets were also not of hotel-linen quality.
