Apartamentul nu poate fi aerisit decat prin usa de acces. Presupunand ca nu ai nimic impotriva sa dormi cu usa deschisa spre curtea comuna. Toate ferestrele sunt fixe!
Dupa ce intri in apartament, trebuie sa cauti intrerupatorul de curent care se afla in camera urmatoare !?
Baie este, la prima vedere, moderna si ok.
Dar....vana de dus infundata, ptr sapun, sampon etc lipseste un suport de baie. Produsele de baie trebuie sa le pui jos si ai toate sansele sa dai cu capul de perete.
Izolatia fonica a apartamentului lasa mult de dorit. Din apartamentele vecine si mansarda de deasupra se aude tot si tot timpul.

La posizione centralissima
Puzza di fogna nel bagno. Letto di fronte ad una porta/finestra con vetro senza una tenda appropriata tanto da garantire la privacy.
