About this house rental
Celebrate Christmas year round in this pet friendly 3-bedroom house in the Old North near OSU.
Inside, you’ll find amenities like a fully equipped kitchen with SS appliances, a laundry room, two full bathrooms and arcades.
Each bedroom has a 55-inch smart TV and adjustable beds.
The fenced-in front and backyards boast a grill and patio seating and a doggy-obstacle course (of course!).
5 minutes to OSU, 12 minutes to airport or downtown.
• Three bedrooms, two fulls bathrooms.
• Smart TVs in the living room and each bedroom, with access to any of your streaming subscriptions and complementary Hulu TV service.
• Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances.
• Completely fenced in yard, great for pets.
• Gravel area for parking behind the house, can fit a large number of cars
• Clean towels and linens are provided.
Guests have access to the entire property barring our shed and a couple of closets we use for storage.
We value the privacy of our guests, but are available by message or phone call if you need any assistance.
The Old North is the location for much of the off-campus housing for OSU. Most of the other properties in the area are student rentals. It’s safe and easily walkable and close to all the attractions Columbus has to offer.

PARKING: There is a driveway in front of the house that can fit one car. However, we recommend that you drive to the alleyway behind the house and park behind it instead. We have a large gravel lot behind the house where you can fit multiple cars/trucks/campers.
CAMERAS: In order to prevent parties, there are two Ring cameras on the property that record all motion in the front porch and back yard. They are attached to the front porch and back exterior wall of the house and face outward so they cannot record the interior of the house in any way.

My stay was short, but sweet! My pups and I had a great time staying at the property. It was rustic and so unique. We absolutely loved it!

Sam was really responsive to my messages. He answered all our questions and made getting access to the house easy. The website with house info was especially helpful. Would absolutely recommend!

Its an interesting place to say the least. It was clean but not my clean. It is an older home and it was very humid so its a bit musty. It's decor is bizarre 😳 just as the title implies. It was comfort and the dogs loved it. The yard could use some gravel maybe and a few less dog reindeer
