The location
The key code instructions were incomplete (when I enquired the day before we were due to arrive). On the day of arrival I got another message giving me a different code but this didn't work. By chance I met the cleaner who opened the box for me. The shower never produced any hot water. The settee was stained and very tired. The bathroom baisin had some sort of paint covering which was pealing off. The mugs were cracked and tired.
