Im Laufe der letzten Jahre haben wir schon viele Häuser und Wohnungen in Italien/Südtirol gebucht, aber diese Wohnung bei Herrn Andreas Karweger war wirklich beeindruckend. Die schöne Ruhe im Haus und die grandiose Umgebung war sehr entspannend. Auch für unseren Beagle Toni war der Aufenthalt super. Da der Eigentümer selbst Hundehalter ist, hatte unser Hund direkt Anschluss. Absolute Empfehlung für wanderlustige, Ruhe suchende Personen auch mit Haustier. Jens & Anne aus Bremen/ Deutschland

Andreas, der Eigentümer, ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Objekt ist in einem Top-Zustand. Besonders für Reisende mit Hund ist das große Grundstück super. Die Hunde können hier nach Herzenslust toben. Man ist sofort im Wald und sehr schöne Wanderrouten sind in der Nähe. Einzige die Anfahrt nach Bozen über die kleinen Straßen zieht sich hin. Das führ dazu, dass man dort Abends eher nicht hinfährt. Rundum ein toller Urlaub. Wir kommen wieder.

Die Wohnung und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt und entsprechen den Fotos. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und komfortabel mit Ausnahme der Matratzen im kleinen Schlafzimmer. Die sollten unbedingt ausgetauscht werden. Dort ist leider auch sehr wenig Tageslicht, was für uns nicht wichtig war, da wir es kaum genutzt haben. Die Architektur ist beeindruckend aber leider hörte man von den Mietern der oberen Wohnung jeden Schritt, eher nichts für empfindliche Schäfer. Der Garten und die Umgebung sind wunderschön. Wir haben die Gelegenheit für verschiedene Wanderungen vom Haus weg genutzt und sehr genossen.
