About this apartment rental
The Dame de Coeur flat is a spacious flat located in the historic heart of Rennes, in a very central yet peaceful location! Recently renovated to retain all the character of its predecessor, it has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 4, and can comfortably accommodate 6 travellers.
The 90m2 flat, located on the 1st floor (no lift), has :
- a large living room with television and dining table
- a fully-equipped kitchen with conventional oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, induction hob and dishwasher
- a bathroom with walk-in shower (separate WC)
- three bedrooms, 2 with a 160cm-wide bed and another with two single beds
- a laundry room with washing machine
Wifi is free of charge.
Please note that the fireplace in the accommodation is strictly decorative.
For safety reasons, it is forbidden to use it.
By staying at Dame de Coeur, you are right in the heart of the historic centre of Rennes: cobbled streets, timber-framed houses, Saint Pierre cathedral, rue de la Monnaie et du Chapitre, Hotel de Ville, Place des Lices (with its Saturday morning market), Place Sainte Anne, Place du Parlement de Bretagne. The oldest house in Rennes is right next door to the flat. Perfectly renovated and maintained, the area is very pleasant and close to all the shops, restaurants and bars, and concert halls (opera, TNB, Liberté, etc.).
Buses and the metro are a 5-minute walk away. République or Sainte-Anne stations.
Star bike station 3 minutes away (Place des Lices).
Public pay car park: parking des Lices. 25 euros per week (go to the attendant with your car park entry ticket and exchange it for a weekly pass).
Rennes SNCF station is less than 15 minutes away by metro (2 stations).
Rennes-Saint Jacques airport is accessible by bus from République station.
You will be given a personal welcome by someone from the Cocoonr agency in Rennes, who will show you around the accommodation, answer any questions you may have and hand you the keys.
Sheets and towels of 4/5 star hotel quality are provided, and your bed will be made up on your arrival. All you have to do is put your bags down!

Dame de Coeur "Charming, comfortable apartment in great location.
🙂 Very comfortable apartment. Great location. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants (LOVED the bar/restaurant at the corner of the block. We had an amazing meal there on our first night!) Kitchen was well-stocked with dish ware and appliances. Plenty of room to spread out. We traveled with 6 people (parents plus 4 teenagers) and everyone was happy with the accommodations.
🙁 It was a little loud late at night (when people were heading home from bars??). Definitely an old building and the floors in the bedrooms are not fully level. Not a problem, but something to be aware of."

Dame de Coeur We really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. The Greek restaurant just down the street was wonderful! And easy access to multiple grocery stores and shopping was great.

Dame de Coeur A really beautiful apartment, spacious and charmingly decorated. The location was perfect, old streets and great bars and restaurants on the doorstep. The agency reply quickly and efficiently also. Would love to stay here again. Thanks :)
