The Met was a compact, clean and modern property centrally located in the city, where the staff parked my car for me in an auto house opposite when I was hiring one.
We booked a superior double room and it was as large with an additional divan/couch as described.
On the 6th floor, the room was quiet despite being at the front of the building.
My wife likes to use the stairs for exercise, but the lighting was a bit too subdued to use the stairs safely. The breakfast staff were very helpful, but the choices were a bit limited. Bread rolls and something sweet like baclava to go with the coffee would have been nice.

Cleanliness and space in room, the staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast was as usual, enough variety of food to choose.

The staff, very friendly and helpful.
The room was lovely, some really nice little touches.
Good location near everything we needed to get to, all walking distance.
The Air Con could be a bit stronger, wasn’t so bad but was still quite hot at night

Very friendly staff, spacious clean rooms, nice breakfast
I didn’t realize this hotel allows smoking so it smells as cigarette smoke at times even on non-smoking floors. It was a major drawback for me.
Although the hotel is in central location, it is in a less nicer part of the town on a very busy boulevard. Stay in Alsancak for a more aesthetic experience and less crowded streets.
