La Casa di Rosa is located in the center of the town of Rio Marina, once known for being a land of miners rich in iron ore. Even today, the glitter of hematite, a black mining dust, characterizes the whole town and the beaches. Interesting are the excursions that take place in the mines, by bike or by jeep.
On foot you can reach the small beaches of the town such as "La Spiaggetta", "La Cavina" and La Torre ", the Spiazzi promenade where you can spend pleasant moments of relaxation, and numerous restaurants, bars, shops and services. At a short distance, about 10 minutes by car, you can reach the two beaches of the Rio Marina mining district, such as Topinetti and Calaseregola. Rio Marina is the ideal village for a quiet holiday with all the comforts available.
