L’appartamento è molto bello e situato in una zona centralissima, comoda per visitare la città. Il letto è molto comodo.
Confermo alcuni dei commenti negativi che ho letto: c’è puzza di fumo, soprattutto sulle scale, ma proviene dal piano di sotto. Inoltre, durante il weekend di notte si sente il rumore di un locale vicino, che va avanti con la musica fino a tardi. Portare i tappi è d’obbligo!

Liked how close to the centre of Liege we were, very easy to access the city and its amenities. Felt safe and secure and the apartment was plenty warm and comfortable. The apartment is very modern and just needs some minor improvements and some attention to detail to be a really amazing stay.
The apartment needs some attention, for example there were dusty areas such as the bedroom light. The whole apartment did also have a faint smell of cigarette smoke which did somewhat dissipate during our stay. The door to the freezer in the kitchen was missing and also the fridge door did not shut fully so things in there didn't really get cold. The blinds in the lounge didn't work with a note on to state not to touch. The kitchen also has a false blind in it to cover some cracks and mould. Some additional mugs for hot drinks would be extremely beneficial and the sockets either side of the bed aren't very useful if like us you are using a travel plug.
Lastly and possibly most importantly, the description for the accommodation really ought to state how close in proximity you are to bars and the nightlife with us being virtually on top of one bar which opened at 10pm and did not shut until 5am on the Saturday and Sunday. Fortunately this did not bother us too much as I am not easily disturbed during sleep and my wife sleeps in ear plugs. However, if you are a light sleep definitely bring some ear plugs!

Parfait pour les fêtards mais couple ou famille en recherche de calme, PASSEZ VOTRE CHEMIN
Toiles d'araignée énormes derrière store de la chambre. Rien contre ces petites bêtes mais y'a une limite aux toiles ;)
Appartement ayant besoin de réparation et bricolage car pas mal de spots abîmés par les locations Airbnb successives. Traces sur les murs. Stores casés à priori depuis 2024 dans la chambre. Dégât des eaux aussi ancien également .Robinet cuisine qui ne tient plus. Porte frigo qui ne ferme plus. 1/2 facade du frigo retirée... Bref 1 petit coup de neuf serait pas mal. Voir peut être que coup de propre et huile de coude.
