Pleasant, clean and comfortable apartment suitable for a short stay. It is located in a quiet environment and not far from the city center. The garage is a big bonus. Super fast WiFi.
According to the pictures, we booked an apartment on the ground floor, but we got an apartment on the first floor. The kitchen is not suitable for a longer stay, as it does not have any kitchen counter, not even a simple dish drainer, as there is no space for it. An additional kitchen cabinet between the window and the TV would immediately solve this problem.
We would like to see better waste separation and a cleaner washing machine in the common guest areas

the cleanliness of it and the newness
it’s a bit of a walk to the town, it’s in a residential area. we only stayed one night. The beds need to be replaced, they were quite rocky
