Our apartment was on the top floor and there are quite a few stairs, so keep that in mind

The location is perfect, close to the lake, and the response and communication were very quick from the moment of booking.
We stayed on September 30th, which was the last day of the season. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a very windy day. After a boat trip on the lake, we arrived at the apartment and it was quite cold. There was no heating, and the hot water ran out before everyone could shower.
It is true that the host kindly brought us a kettle-like heater, but there was only one. As a result, we all had to sleep together in one room in order to have heating. In the end, my son had to shower with lukewarm water.
It’s a pity that we didn’t know in advance about the limitation regarding the amount of hot water, as we would have been more careful.

The apartment was clean with a stunning view of Lake Piva.
We stayed in the top apartment of the house – keep in mind you’ll need to carry your luggage up two narrow flights of stairs.
The host was nice.
There is an electric air freshener in the apartment that releases a constant strong bathroom-like scent throughout the hallway. I had to turn it off because it was disturbing.
In the hallway and bathroom, the ceiling is low and sloped from the roof – I bumped my head several times.
This is not a luxurious apartment, it’s very basic and suitable for just one night.

Great view of the lake from the rooms
The rooms were very small with no air condition or ventilator which is very difficult in the summer.
