Excellent location near Hawksnest Tubing, Otter Falls, and convenient to other towns & activities. A well-stocked and maintained kitchen, comfortable beds and couches, and nice extra touches made us feel at home. The gas fireplace kept us toasty!
The extra hidden pet fee from Evolve was a surprise... and pet-owners, beware the copious amounts of deer droppings around the property. Nature is lovely, but not when your dog gets into it.
While the neighbors were definitely quiet and respectful, we could hear footsteps through the ceiling. There were also a couple small maintenance items inside the condo that I reported to the host, and a slick icy walkway to get to the condo (the covered stairs were fine, though).

Love the outside access and that it was close to the slope we were tubing. Also - it snowed while we were there and the roads were cleared very quickly in the area

Everything. The place had everything we needed. The bed was fantastic. The little touches like having a fan in the room was appreciated.
