The apartment was very cosy and warm. The location was excellent, and communication was very good. The complimentary tea, coffee,biscuits, and milk were a very nice touch.
It would have been nice to have been able to hang our coats downstairs and put shoes away. Not quite sure where they would go, but some coat hooks somewhere may have been possible . This was our only hopefully constructive criticism 😔

Perfect location in the centre if historic Ledbury.
Not a problem for us however people with mobility issues might find the stairs challenging.
