Great location, decent restaurants. For the price- over priced compared to Thompsons I’ve stayed at. Staff was kind but customer service was difficult when it came to change requests both online and in person. For the price I would prefer the JW or other hotels nearby. It was loud too, there was a reason they have “complimentary” earplugs.The location is excellent tho!

Carpets could use a good cleaning in Room TH1320 and bathroom door latch needs fixing.

Grabbed something quick from their coffee shop, great spot & food was above par. Like a Starbucks but better.
The only negative was having to pay $30 dollars to check out at 12 versus 11. With how much I spent on the hotel and the hotel amenities I feel like I shouldn't have been charged $30. Other than that everything and everyone was great.
