Swifts Return - Apartment with hot tub, sauna and indoor pool (Dartmoor)

the pool and sauna were amazing

it was lovely we wondered if the outside area/ garden was slightly neglected

Location and bed was comfy

Shower pressure was awful, sleeping interruption from the neighbours dog who wouldn’t stop barking for a whole hour and upset our dogs. Website needs idiot proofing, as we didn’t have any clear instructions on the app as to where the apartment was.

The property has a swimming pool and hot tub.

Lacked hoover and the electric wirings are not in order as switches keep tripping.

We liked the sofa, bedroom was comfortable, loved the kitchen. Liked that we were able to use the pool and Sauna before we went home. The log fire.

The toilet seat was loose and wouldn’t flush for a long time after use. If the apartment was at temperature then none of the radiators came on including the bathroom, which was cold and made it tricky to dry wet stuff. The TV doesn’t have normal channels, bed throw dirty. Couldn’t use hot tub takes too long to fill up and heat up, we gave up after a few hours. The pool and sauna are separate and shared, false advertising. The pool too cold and we didn’t have the full instructions to use the sauna. Hoping for some money back or a discount return holiday.
