Our room was absolutely beautiful. We got upgraded to an even nicer room with a balcony overseeing the city. The bed was extremely comfortable as well.

one employee on reception disk is soo gloomy he is about 60 years old. i think its better to hide him in interior office and dont expose him to clients. really he is so polite but he is nervous and cant speak english.

Quite a fancy place! Incredible views over the city. Beautiful, secluded place in the mountains surrounded by peaceful and breathtaking forests.
Lovely, spacious room and bathroom. Very clean.
The hotel dinner restaurant and breakfast buffet were EXCELLENT and had some great vegan options.
Main problem: it was impossible to turn the heat down in our room. The minimum was purportedly 19 degrees C (which is already too limiting in my opinion) but it couldnt even get that low and couldn't be turned off. It was a faulty heating system which meant it was also boiling and therefore very uncomfortablw to sleep. The coolest we managed to get the room was about 22 degrees if we left the balcony door open at night; far too hot to sleep. So this was an awful situation.
They offered to swap our room but it would have been a downgrade and would have meant we would have to pack up all our bags etc- super annoying. So we slept terribly both nights because of the over-heating.
They only had liquid soap so lucky we brought our own bar of soap.
No towel drying racks unfortunately.

Food was very good. Location was impressive.
Staff wasn't very helpful. When I had to change my booking from 2 rooms to one, the reservation was inadvertently switched to 1 person even though it still showed both mine and my husband's name. The front desk refused to honour the original information and charged me for an extra person. As well, they attempted to charge twice for parking.
