Small but very well equipped unit. (even an umbrella to borrow if needed). Everything clean and in excellent working order. Loads of items for breakfast provided in the price; including fresh milk, and some fruit. Green grocer just over the road and Co-op supermarket a few minutes away if you need more. Bus stop for no.20 bus into central Bologna less than a minutes walk. Buses take contactless payment. About 20 -25 mins ride (just over 2 Euros each way) Nice little garden with morning sunshine at the rear of the property. Very friendly host.

I can't think of anything

Excellent little flat in quiet area (though trains and planes could be a bit noisy at times). Plenty of breakfast supplies provided (well-stocked fridge and bread / croissants etc) on arrival and replenished mid-week. All in all a very welcoming experience.

Currently rather awkward to get to by public transport due to tram construction works, but once the tram finally opens, it'll be very easy.

Appartamento piccolo ma completo di tutto: camera compatta, cucinotto funzionale e bagno ben attrezzato. Non mancava davvero niente. Ho apprezzato molto anche la colazione, ricca sia di prodotti dolci che salati. In più, essendo il giorno di Pasqua, il proprietario mi ha fatto trovare una piccola colomba in omaggio: un gesto molto gentile e curato.

Cute and spacious basement apartment close to the center of Bologna. Around 30 min walking and 20 min by bus. The breakfast was good with a great variety of snacks, cakes, cheese and cold cuts for toast sandwich, coffee, croissants etc.

The staff was friendly, however they didn't speak English, not even a word and the communication was a bit difficult but accomplished thanks to Google translate. The room was cold and it wasn't possible to increase the temperature, however we find a couple of additional blankets for the night. Finally, unfortunately the WiFi code that they gave us wasn't correct and we couldn't connect to the network and when we realised it, it was late in the night and we couldn't do anything. So, I advice you to check the code if you want to have free WiFi.
