Our 5 acre property is a serene park-like setting capped off with over 200 feet of private beach. Perfectly situated in Lake County, LakePointe Shores is minutes from Geneva-on-the-Lake, the Geneva State Park and Marina, the beautiful vineyards and wineries of the Grand River Valley region and Erie Shores Golf Course is our backyard. An abundance of local produce stands and farms and a short drive to several grocery stores makes shopping for your beach getaway an Erie breeze.

A peaceful retreat. Plan to take what you will need or be prepared to buy it as just the basics are provided for the kitchen. Biting flies sometimes so bring citronella. Management was very responsive.

We were in the area for the D3 track and field national championship. This was a great place to stay, close to the competition site (Spire) but in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Close to all amenities.

The property was fantastic. It was very peaceful and relaxing. I didn't realize the beach was shared access with the other homes on the lot, but we had a fantastic time! Our whole family really enjoyed watching the sunset over the lake every night.
