Just 1 mile from the beach and near the casino, Indiana Dunes National Park, wineries, zoo, and outlet mall. Perfect for reunions, weekend getaways, or group retreats.

--No parties, or events – we value the relationship with our neighbors, and strive to keep the home in top condition.

--Check-Out: 10:00 AM
--Note: We always try to provide early check-in and late check-out opportunities when possible. (It is simply dependent on whether or not it’s a same day check-in/out, the condition in which the previous guest left the home, and our cleaners’ schedules.) Please notify us if you would like early/late check-in/out, and we will do our best to make it work! 🕚
--Guests will receive key code & detailed check-in instructions via message on the morning of arrival.

We were very happy with the outdoor space…the hot tub, deck and fire pit were all great! The beds were comfortable. One minor issue was that it did get a little chilly in the basement bedrooms when air conditioning was set to keep upstairs rooms comfortable. We really appreciated having two living rooms, one upstairs, one downstairs since we were a big group. The home was close to beautiful beaches and yummy restaurants. Overall, we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay so much!

"Big Blue" was exactly what we needed for a great little vacation. The house was clean and roomy for our group of 7 retired friends. We loved the big sturdy kitchen table where many games of cards, accompanied by lots of laughter, were played. A couple people used the hot tub, and we all took advantage of sitting out on the deck. There is much to do in the area...shopping, wineries, etc. On one of our days some of us headed to the beach, while a couple went to the casino...both places just a short 5 min drive away. Communication with owners was top notch. We loved our stay. So many memories were made.

Everything was great! Location was within very easy driving distance to everything (5-10 min within michigan city) and (15-20 min to new buffalo). The area is not very walkable - no real sidewalks. House was spacious and perfect for two families that need separate private rooms for the teenagers. Laundry in the basement was great. Very clean and ready to go when we arrived - check in was a breeze. Communication was clear and frequent.5/5 would rent again.Small criticism - instructions for hot tub were not clear - otherwise all good.
