Welcome to Villa Sunrise this exquisite villa combines traditional charm with modern amenities to provide a memorable vacationing experience for groups and families.In the close vicinity of the town of Šibenik, but still hidden from the city crowds, lies the beautiful rustic Villa Sunrise. This imposing villa offers you an ideal vacation you have been dreaming of for a long time.
The villa itself is surrounded by an impressive 1307 m2 plot, where you can enjoy a variety of outdoor activities. The accommodation unit is 250 m2 and offers comfortable accommodation for a total of ten adults and two children.
The villa has five modern bedrooms, four of which have double beds and one has two single beds. A comfortable sofa bed on the first floor is an extra bed for two more people. Four rooms have their own bathroom with shower. Two rooms with bathroom are on the upper floor and the rest on the ground floorof the villa.
On the first floor of the villa is a large modern kitchen and dining room with then seating places. The spacious living room is ideal for relaxing after dinner, watching TV or spending time with family. For lovers of an active vacation there is a gym available, as well as a separate room with a sauna and a tropical shower. In the yard is a special bathtub special Chill Tubs Pro ice bath is designed to deliver high performance and style. Set the temperature to just 3 degrees.
The villa's courtyard is dominated by a 36 m2 swimming pool surrounded by 10 sun loungers. In the yard there is a fun content for children, which will surely delight the youngest visitors to the villa, and the greenery that stretches in front of the villa will tempt you to outdoor activities in the air.
In the inner courtyard of the villa there are three parking spaces available for guests.
