Caravan was lovely clean and comfortable in a really nice location
Ev charging facility on site needs improvement it was expensive to use and had ridiculous fees of 50p per minute if you left it plugged in after the charge complete so we couldn’t plug in to charge overnight. We didn’t use and used chargers whilst we visited larger towns but improving this onsite facility would make things easier. This is a site issue nothing to do with owner of the van.

The caravan is BEAUTIFUL! It' super close to the water, VERY spacious, very comfortable and has everything you need! The owner thought of everything from floor mats in the bathrooms to extra fluffy blankets on the couches.
It has an oven, a stove, microwave and airfryer. A very generous fridge and separate freezer, there's even a clothes maiden that we utilised to warm our towels on infront of the electric fire in the front room.
There's also a lovely deck with plenty of furniture and even a picnic table at the bottom of the stairs which we utilised.
The owner was also EXTREMELY fast to reply to any of our messages and was extremely professional and kind.
And if you have a dog, this is the caravan for you.
We will DEFINITELY be booking this again
The roads on the site were a bit narrow, but that's nothing to do with the caravan itself

Location is great, right next to the lake and easy walk to Haverigg and the beach. Accommodation is very comfortable with everything we needed for our stay.

Lovely place to stay was clean and well layed out and perfect for ski bar and the water sports just an amazing clean and warm caravan
