La posizione è davvero eccellente: la casa è situata in una zona tranquilla ma al tempo stesso comoda a tutti i servizi. La vicinanza al mare è un grande punto di forza, bastano pochi minuti per arrivare in spiagge favolose e godersi la giornata. L’abitazione è accogliente, ben curata e spaziosa, con giardino dove godersi pranzi e cene vista mare. Ideale sia per chi cerca relax sia per chi vuole avere tutto a portata di mano.

The property was in a very good location, close to the center of Portoferraio and in general in a good position to visit the rest of the island. The best feature for me was the table in the garden, overlooking the bay. It was an amazing spot for our breakfasts and dinner. The apartment itself had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Everything was clean and tidy.
We had to bring our own bed sheets and towels (otherwise you can pay an extra fee to rent them) and there was also no shower mat.

Incantevole appartamento vista mare, con dehor ottimo per pranzi e cene all'aperto. Cucina ben attrezzata, letto comodo, bagno spazioso. Proprietario di casa accogliente e gentile con gli ospiti. L'appartamento è posizionato su di un promontorio a pochi minuti di macchina, o una camminata di 15/20min, dalle spiagge più belle. Consigliato.
