This spacious and charming ground and first floor flat offers panoramic views of the lake and surrounding moraine hills and is located in the quiet and picturesque village of Gaon, in the municipality of Caprino Veronese.
The renovated flat with exposed beams has three bedrooms, two of which are furnished with double beds and one with two single beds, ideal for families or groups of friends. Room for 6 people. The three modern bathrooms are equipped with large showers and offer guests maximum comfort and privacy. The kitchen with dining table and washing machine, large stone sink, fridge, original wood cooker and gas oven is equipped with everything you need to cook on holiday.
The cosy living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a small table and a flat-screen TV, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring Monte Baldo or Lake Garda (just 10 km away). Outside, a beautiful communal courtyard offers the opportunity to enjoy meals outdoors and to savour the beautiful view.
Free parking is located in front of the street.
Check-in from 15.00 to 19.00.
Check-out at 10.00 in the morning
Mandatory taxes not included (to be paid in cash upon arrival):
- Tourist tax depending on the municipality, per person and per night (from 14 years).
- Late check-in: after 19:00 supplements will be applied.
