Welcome to the cosy Residence Moky with swimming pool and garage, in a quiet and central area, a little south of the old town of Lazise.
The holiday flat Moky D13 is a mezzanine and has been completely renovated and furnished in a comfortable and functional way.
Bright living and dining room with dining table and fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, microwave, oven, German filter coffee machine, moka, toaster, kettle, large fridge with freezer compartment and everything you need to prepare delicious meals or quick snacks.
There is a large comfortable sofa bed, flat screen satellite TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and double French door access to the private terrace and enclosed west facing garden. There is a garden table and chairs.
Large bedroom with a double bed 160x190, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and access with double French doors to the rear east facing garden. The second bedroom has a French sofa bed (one and a half) and a wardrobe with a safe. It is suitable for up to 5 people with the possibility of a small travel cot. In the bathroom there is a large shower, bidet, toilet, washbasin, hairdryer and washing machine. A clothes rack, ironing board and iron are available. All windows are fitted with shutters.
This flat is ideal because there is always sunshine whenever you want, either in the front in the enclosed garden or in the back garden with two deck chairs and a small table and chairs. It is located next to the communal swimming pool (12mx4m) which is open from june to september (depending on the weather).
In addition, the property has a parking space in the underground garage.
Residence Moky offers everything for a relaxing holiday and is in a very convenient location, in just 15 minutes walk you can reach the historic centre and the historic walls of the Scaliger Castle and also the famous beach of Lazise.

Insgesamt war es ein toller Urlaub in einer schönen kleinen Ferienwohnung. Einige Dinge - wie Auflagen der Sonnenliegen, die Sonnenliegen selbst, Handtücher oder Bettlaken - waren löchrig und defekt und müssten mal ausgetauscht werden. Nachdem wir uns eingelebt hatten, wussten wir aber die tolle Lage und den sauberen Pool zu schätzen. Es ist zu beachten - vor allem wenn man Haustiere dabei hat - dass die Gärten einer Doppeleinheit nicht abgeschlossen sind. Wir hatten unsere Hunde daher in stets an einer Schleppleine, was jedoch kein grosses Problem war.

Beautifully decorated apartment in a nice location. A fifteen minute walk to the center of the Lazise and only five minute walk to the bus stop.
A big plus for free parking and bicycles.

Ich versuche eine wirklich faire Bewertung. gebucht hatten wir Wohneinheit Moky 13. bekommen haben wir zunächst 10. Diese hatte im zweiten Schlafzimmer Stockbetten, was unsere Kinder überhaupt nicht mochten. Geschmackssache. Nach langer Diskussion konnten wir dann in die Nummer 14.
Internet Anschluss gibt es keinen, auch kein Wlan - nach langer Diskussion haben wir ein mobiles Gerät bekommen, das leider nicht funktioniert hat.
Schlafzimmer, Küche, Bad sind grundsätzlich ok, das Kinderzimmer ist wirklich ganz winzig, aber immerhin.
Sauberkeit der Wohnung - sagen wir mal ok, auch wenn im Bad Schimmel an der Decke ist und auch in der Küche nicht alles so ist wie es sein könnte.
Das Mobiliar ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und fällt zum Teil auseinander.
Dafür ist die Matratze im Schlafzimmer wirklich gut.
Die Gärten und der Pool sind super .
Auch die Tiefgarage ist prima.
Am wenigsten hat uns die Betreung der Vermieterin zugesagt. Alles schnell schnell, kein vernünftiges Handbuch. Erst nachdem wir zweimal kontaktiert hatten nach zwei Tagen haben wir eins bekommen. Sie war schon weg ohne uns zu zeigen, wie man den Gashahn findet und bedient, zu Beginn hatten wir nur einen Schlüssel, keine Ahnung wir das mit dem Müll funktioniert usw. und sie ist uns absolut unfreundlich begegenet. Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt und finde ich auch sehr schade.
In den Ort läuft man 10-15 Minuten, zum Strand kann man leider nicht direkt gehen, da man über den Campingplatz nicht laufen darf, man muss fast bis nach Lazise, um zum öffentlichen Starnd zu kommen.
Also unterm Strich - der Urlaub war ok, aber ich würde die Unterkunft nicht nochmals buchen.
