About this apartment rental
Modern flat on the first floor on the right side in a newly built villa with swimming pool and independent entrance.
Equipped with air conditioning in every room and wifi only 900 metres from the centre of Lazise in a quiet area surrounded by greenery.
Large and bright kitchen-living room with large fridge-freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher and microwave; table for 6 people, comfortable double sofa bed, satellite TV and electric blackout shutters.
The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a large wardrobe and access to the balcony; a second bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe and desk with the possibility of having a double bed. New bathroom with window with large shower and washing machine.
Terrace with outdoor table and chairs and 2 sun loungers for sunbathing.
The residence "Benacus" is a fenced villa with a swimming pool, consisting of 4 newly built flats with independent entrance, 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the ground floor with the same features. The house is located at the end of a closed road near a playground, therefore very quiet.
Convenient free parking for one car in front of the house and parking for bicycles in the fenced yard with the possibility for e-bike charging.
CHECK-IN - between 15.00 and 19.00.
EARLY CHECK-IN - on request and based on availability with a supplement of € 50 for arrivals between 9.00 and 12.00, € 30 between 12.00 and 15.00
LATE CHECK-IN - arrivals after 19.00 incur a charge of € 30 and after 22.00 of 50 € for the night service.
CITY TAX - per person, per night (from 14 years) not included in the price to be paid in cash on arrival and different for each municipality.
LINEN - both bed linen and towels are not included in the booking rate. They can be booked in advance at an extra cost of 12,50 € per person. The same fee will be charged for any additional change. There is no bed-making, only the supply of bed linen. You are welcome to bring your own linen and save money!
Possibility of separate beds upon request at the additional cost for the set of bed linen equal to + € 10.00.

Very nice apartment in Lazise, with walking distance to the center of Lazise, and restaurants nearby.
Could have been useful with marked parking for each apartment.
But nice apartment with all we needed during our holiday.

An sich eine schöne Wohnung in guter Lage. Bei näherem Blick sind schon ein paar Sachen aufgefallen die nicht ganz sauber waren (WC, Dusche und Küche könnten besser sein). Für einen kürzeren Aufenthalt aber alles ok. Ich würde aber nicht empfehlen mit 6 Personen die Wohnung zu nutzen. Die Betten sind gemütlich aber die „Schlafcouch“ die für zwei Leute gedacht war, war sehr unbequem und sollte ausgetauscht werden.
Die Kommunikation und der Check in sind sehr unkompliziert

Das Haus ist neu und schön modern möbliert, wirkt gepflegt. Die Sauberkeit ist nur durchschnittlich, für den Preis hätten wir etwas Besseres erwartet, zumal mit gründlicher Reinigung und Desinfektion wegen Corona geworben wird. Beim Kehren und im Bad waren viele Haare, teilweise staubig. Es gibt 4 Wohnungen im Haus, wir hatten leider die mit kleinstem Balkon und im 1. Stock ohne Aufzug, mit Kleinkind und Buggy eher unpraktisch. Der Pool ist für 4 Parteien sehr klein.
Die Vermieterin war bei Ankunft telefonisch nicht erreichbar, da auf der Buchungsbestätigung eine falsche Telefonnummer angegeben war. Fewo Direkt war auch telefonisch nicht erreichbar, so dass wir einige Stunden warten mussten, bis wir bemerkt hatten, dass auf dem Voucher eine abweichende, wohl korrekte Telefonnummer vermerkt war. Die Mülltrennung ist etwas kompliziert und wurde bei Ankunft nicht geklärt, mussten wir später selbst nachfragen. Es wurde insgesamt sehr wenig erklärt, Schlüsselübergabe war sehr kurz und knapp. Zwischen Haus und See liegt ein langgezogener Campingplatz. Wenn man zum See laufen möchte, muss man um den ganzen Campingplatz außenrum laufen, darf nicht darüber gehen, wird vom Campingpersonal abgewiesen. Der Weg zum See führt an einer stark befahrenen Straße entlang, bei der gerade beide (!) Fußgängerwege saniert wurden. So mussten wir mit 2 jährigem Kind direkt an der Straße entlanggehen, unsere Tochter hatte große Angst vor den schnell vorbeifahrenden Autos und Motorrädern. Der Weg zum Strand dauert 15 bis 20min, ins Zentrum noch länger. Für uns mit Kleinkind war die Unterkunft sehr ungeeignet, zu langer und gefährlicher Weg zum See, 1. Stockwerk mit kleinem Balkon unkomfortabel.
