Excellent location, walking distance into town, and handy for the Northern isles ferries. House had everything you could possibly need.

Easy parking, lots of hot water, no noisy neighbours.
Cleanliness was lacking, moved one of the settees and had to sweep up broken biscuits and other debris. Towels were hard and bit smelly. Settees were extremely uncomfortable. Kitchen was reasonably kitted out but no bread bin or tea-pot. Location just a bit too far to walk into town so car used every time.
