Nagyon tetszett hogy modern, tiszta volt. Közel a tengerpart a sétáló utcára mentünk ki a kapun. A kocsink a mélygarázsban biztoságba. Szerintem jobb szállás nem is kell. Ja és reggel a ház alatti Sparban tudtunk reggelit vásárolni vagy akár kb 50 méterre egy reggeliző hely is volt.
Egyedül a tengerparti napernyő és nyugágy hiányzott, de volt hely leteríteni a plédet illetve napernyőt is lehetett állítani.

Posizione strategica nella centrale Via Bafile. Ottimo residence con una comodità unica: Interspar al piano zero con prezzi in linea con la città, quindi non serve portarsi la spesa da casa. Ottimi accessi al residence ultra sicuri con codice d'entrata in ogni punto di accesso. Un comodo garage al piano -1. Appartamento di categoria superior molto ben arredati.
Aggiungerei ai servizi compresi nel prezzo di locazione un ombrellone e due lettini presso lo stabilimento Consorzio Venezia (il primo stabilimento in linea con il residence). Un set di biancheria da letto e bagno compreso sarebbe gradito a tutti. Residence di categoria inferiore offrono questi servizi.

Pracovník agentúry nás počkal, keď sme meškali kvôli dopravnej zápche. Vyšiel nám v ústrety aj čo sa týka odovzdania apartmánu pri odchode. Agentúra bola blízko ubytovania. Prístup po celom objekte bol pomocou kódov, tzn. žiadne kľúče a karty. Zariadenie apartmánu komplet IKEA. Parkovanie v podzemnej garáži pod komplexom na presne stanovenom parkovacom mieste. Priamo pod komplexom bol supermarket SPAR.
