Located in Paris, the flat is a souplex. It is composed of 3 bedrooms with 3 double beds, 1 sofa bed, 2 bathrooms and a nice living room with a television.
You will have everything you need to have an excellent stay: Coffee machine, oven, microwave, television, iron, hair dryer, washing machine, dryer, cot and high chair.
You will be very well served by public transport, to stroll around the city and its surroundings! The area offers immediate proximity to all the shops you will need: Monoprix 5 minutes away on foot, Picard 4 minutes away... The Hôtel des Invalides is a 20 minute walk away. The area is very popular with locals and tourists, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I'll be happy to share my favourites with you!
A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveller.

The 15th arrondissement is a pleasant and very lively district. It offers access to many monuments of Paris (Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Ecole Militaire, Place of Trocadero), and is not far from stations (Montparnasse, St lazare) or park (Breteuil, Champs de Mars, Trocadéro, André Citröen).
Very commercial, it has its own shopping center with Beaugrenelle, its streets full of shops as the street of commerce. This neighbourhood is a great location, thanks to its relaxed atmosphere and its security.

Metro/Bus :
Line 10 (Ségur station) : 4 mn walk.
Line 6 (Cambronne station): 3 minutes on foot.
From Paris Charles de Gaulle airport: 1 hour by metro/RER.
From Montparnasse train station: 10 minutes by metro.

The property is a nice size- we were pleasantly surprised that there were three separate bedrooms, plus the downstairs roll out couch and separate area. We had plenty of room for our family of five. The upstairs bathroom is very small and the steps in front of the toilet is odd. The shower and sink upstairs are tiny. The downstairs bathroom is amazing but the shower leaked on the floor. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

There were only 2 wine glasses ,could do with more as it was a spacious appartment, sleeping up to 8 people. Some bigger mugs also.Some of the pillows were very small.Otherwise a great location with supermarkets and restaurants nearby.I would recommend this lovely appartment.

Spacious property fit everyone comfortably. The only complaint was that pillows were pretty small, more so couch throw pillows than ones for a bed.

Overall this place was clean and offered space for our family of 4. There’s a downstairs living room which we didn’t use but could offer more space to store belongings. The downstairs bathroom is very large and spacious. The upstairs/main floor bathroom is quite small. Despite the ground level location, the street was quiet. The beds were comfortable.
