The host is very kind and helpful. The object he maintains clean and in order. The property is a short walk distance from the sea, restaurants and bus stop. The grocery and bakery are just few steps away. Pool and tube are included in price. Room is quiet and quickly warms up by the AC. We've been using the laundry a few times, which is very cosy with children (and small luggage). Tomislav also gave us a bottle of vine as a gift :-)
The negative surprise after arrival was the apartments weird plan. The terrace was placed in the middle, so you had to pass through it every time you walked between the rooms. I'm not a fan of this solution, especially when travelling with a small child.
