These holiday apartments are beachfront located in the beautiful town of Marina di Castagneto Carducci, south of Leghorn. One can enjoy walks along the seaside promenade where interesting cultural events are often organized. For sea lovers this is the ideal spot also for cruises to the Island of Elba, with main port of departure at Piombino at only 30 km. It is also possible to visit the marvelous medieval villages of Bolgheri at 12km (famous for its Sassicaia wine) and Massa Marittima, as well as the ancient Etruscan necropolis Populonia (at 25 km).

Guests also have at disposal a private strip of Maremma pinewood with botanic route and beach with some facilities available such as dressing room, water, bathroom, deckchairs and sun umbrellas.
This 50 sqm flat is located on the third and last floor of a building with a lift on the seafront.
It is in a very quiet and exclusive location and has two balconies overlooking the sea, and is perfect for those who love the sea. Due to its location directly by the sea, one has the feeling of being on a cruise, with the pleasant difference that one's feet actually rest on dry land.
The entrance hall leads into a small hallway and from here the door on the left opens onto a large marble bathroom with shower, washing machine and window with sea view. The entrance door leads into a large bedroom with a double bed.
From this room there is access to a balcony overlooking the sea, furnished with a marble table and wrought-iron chairs. A door on the front right leads to the dining room, where there is a dining table and two sofas that can be converted into single beds. The kitchen is very well equipped with a gas cooker, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, kettle, mocha and filter coffee machines and dishwasher. This room overlooks a balcony with a breathtaking view.
From this balcony you can admire over 80 km of uninterrupted beach, from the Romito promontory to Populonia and the Gulf of Baratti, and on the horizon the islands of the Tuscan Archipelago and Corsica. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
The holiday flats are located on the 3rd and top floor of a building (with lift) in Marina di Castagneto, where you will also find small shops and restaurants.
