I would love to shout out all of your staff but particularly the young man with the braids. He went above and beyond always asking how i was enjoying the stay and just letting us know he was there for me. He was very informative when checking in and just made me feel safe and at home!
I wish there was air conditioning or more airflow somehow, maybe even softer lighting that wasn’t so fluorescent

The location is ideal for a legal conference that I was attending.
The bathroom smelled like sewerage the whole time I was there. I asked the reception to get someone to look at the issue or change my room. She assured that someone would take a look. After several hours there was still no one that came to the room so I escalated to booking.com. Once I did that, I got a call that someone would come right away to take a look and fix the issue. I understand it’s a student accommodation most days and it is let out to non students on occasions, but the standard should be up-kept at all times, regardless of who stays there. I am guessing this was definitely not the first time this happened. I could not sleep due to the smell and ended up exhausted for my conference. In addition, the cutleries were not cleaned properly and the toilet had sewerage water when I entered the room.
Overall, I will not be returning back to this location.
