Nice and cozy room, central position (I didn't have a car and I could walk everywhere in 10-15'), supermarket just adjacent. Ideal for one person who's planning to spend most of the time outside and needs a comfy base. The communication with the host was excellent.

I was a little worried about the location when I arrived but it was absolutely fine. Very quiet for a town centre location and I slept like a log

No breakfast.
Things hanging from the ceiling. The toilet brush holder, full of dirty water. Outside was full of rubbish, overflowing, I took my rubbish elsewhere. Parking out back, I felt like I was asking a favour from the people who owned to souped up bmw.
