About this house rental
House located in the middle of the nature of "Provence" with a stunning view of the surroundings, no opposite sight or any neighborhood nuisance, less than 10 minutes from the city center of Aubagne.
A 140-square-metre single-storey house on 4000 sqm of wooded land with an absolute calm swimming pool (11-4.5 m), with a dominant 360-degree view of the Garlaban, the Sainte-Baume and the Gemenos plain. You can walk from the property for walks in the hills of the famous autor Marcel Pagnol or enjoy the beachfront in Cassis, La Ciotat or the Calanques de Marseille.
Fully repainted house in 2014 with two distinct areas: day area / night area.
Four bedrooms:
- A room ( with a 160cm width bed) with private black marble square shower room and toilet.
- A room (with a 180cm width bed) with television
- A closed mezzanine room with new bedding in 160
- A children's room with 90 bunk beds and a drawer bed. (3 children's beds in all)
A second white marble square bathroom with bathtub.
Kitchen installed in June 2014 and equipped with American fridge.
Double living room separated by a fireplace.
Veranda and terrace allow you to eat outside easily.
Pool 30m from the house with alarm and solar shower.
Possible nap without noise coming from the pool.
Stunning view that makes it a magical place with cicadas and its nature still preserved. All in all, a bucolic place!
Bookings in the summer from Saturday to Saturday, for 6 adults and 3 children at most.
Baby accessories available on request (baby bed with comfortable mattress, high chair, toilet reducator, pot)
Animals accepted on a case-by-case basis after an essential agreement from the owner.
End-of-stay household and sheets included in the price. No cleaning during the stay. The maintenance of the pool is left to your care during the stay.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home. Breathtaking views, all the high-end amenities you could wish for, very clean, close to the lovely town of Cassis, VERY welcoming and friendly hosts - it was just such a wonderful week we had in Aubagne! Thanks again for being such gracious hosts.

Séjour parfait dans cette maison très agréable et aérée avec plusieurs terrasses possibles selon le moment de la journée et une très belle piscine.
Excellent accueil de la part de Chantal et correspondance rapide avec Léa la propriétaire. Nos ados ont adoré.
Un seul regret : partir !
