Beautiful location, good amenities, good proximity to local supermarket and handy location for exploring the French riveria. The master bedroom and downstairs area had effective air conditioning, however the 2nd bedroom had a fan which sadly wasn’t adequate to mitigate against the very high temps so we had no one could sleep in there. We did also note a lack of bedroom furniture in both rooms, would have been handy to have bedside tables and maybe some drawers in the 2nd bedroom. Kitchen adequately stocked for self catering and clean. Overall good place to stay. Be mindful to arrive before last check in as got stung for 50 euro fine for arriving an hour late but we were on a super trek from Paris.

A serene, secure villa within a friendly community, perfect as a base for our family of four to explore the Cote D'Azur from. The property was as advertised, with good air conditioning and a well appointed outside area for dining. The two rooms upstairs each had an ensuite, with a bath and over-bath shower in the master bedroom, and a walk in shower in the second room. The linen and towels were clean and new, and the villa had everything we needed. The communal pools are clean and there were other families there which was great for our kids. Communication with the hosts was very good - quick response times and very helpful.
The villa is up in the hills above Antibes, with lovely trees and a stunning view from the Master bedroom of the Alps. But it’s a short 10-20m drive to a range of beaches, and 15m to downtown Antibes. A gigantic Carrefour is five minutes away. We had a wonderful time.

Super Ferienhaus mit schönem Garten. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für den Aufenthalt an der Cote Azur. Super freundliche Gastgeber. Sehr zu empfehlen.🤗🇫🇷👍
