We enjoyed our weekend stay at the Locomotive house! The location was great and simplified our weekend and tournament travel. This house is close to many restaurants, coffee shops, pretty much anything g you’d need. Our host was very prompt and easy to work with on any requests, like our ask to add an additional night when we needed to come a day earlier than originally planned.

The house was super clean and comforting. We were close to U of L and the Expo center. The train did not bother us at all. It goes so slow you barely know it is there. We enjoyed watching it from the upstairs windows.

THIS IS CERTAINLY A LOCOMOTIVE HOME... I HADE 2 YOUNG CHILDREN UP ALL NIGHT FOR TWO NIGHTS... IF A MILE LONG TRAIN WAS NOT PASSING THROUGH, ( WHICH IS LITERALLY 50 FEET AWAY), A PLANE WAS TAKING OFF FROM THE AIRPORT WHICH IS ALSO VERY CLOSE BY..... THIS WENT ON FOR OVER 5 HOURS... IT IS UNFORTUNATE THE HOST DOES NOT SPECIFY THIS ON HIS POST... IT IS A VERY WELL KEPT, NICE HOME, BUT THE NIGHTS ARE A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE..
