Vacation in a historical vineyard with a panoramic view! The beautiful 53m² vacation apartment Sauvignon is located in the spa town of Merano (Meran) in the heart of South Tyrol on the southern side of the Alps. The apartment consists of a living room, a specious, well-equipped eat-in kitchen with a microwave and a dishwasher, one bedroom as well as one bathroom with a toilet and shower and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The apartment features wireless Wi-Fi, satellite television, and a safe. Children are allowed and a baby bed and highchair are provided (upon request) and there is also a children's play area. Guests can enjoy the spectacular panoramic mountain view from the balcony and relax outdoors in the furnished garden or cook on the grill, both shared features. There is also a sunbathing area in the middle of a Mediterranean herb garden as well as a spacious closed terrace and a sitting area, both private features, ideal for 2 to 4 persons. A playground is also available. The apartment is located in the midst of a fruit and wine cultivation area surrounded by the lush forest and fauna above Meran whose town center is just 5 minutes away. The Felderer Hof is a family-owned winery dating back to 1885 that raised livestock and cultivated fruit and vineyards on the wide, sunny slopes in the Labers-Meran area. The Falzleben ski and hiking area is accessible by cable car or is just a 3 minute drive by car. The Bolzano-Dolomiti Airport is a 28 minute (30 km) drive by car.

Für uns war es genau das richtige Haus am richtigen Ort. Hier hat alles gepasst. Am Weinberg, am Rand von Meran gelegen, war hier ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt sowohl für geruhsame Spaziergänge als auch für alpine Wanderungen und schöne Ausflüge. Die Seilbahn Meran 2000 ist schnell zu erreichen und der Ortskern von Meran sogar in 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Häuschen lag inmitten eines wunderschönen Weinguts. Wir durften von den Trauben über die frisch gepflückten Äpfel, die leckeren Kiwibeeren bis zum hauseigenen Wein alles verkosten. Die Gastgeber waren unaufdringlich freundlich und immer ansprechbar - sehr angenehm. Die Unterkunft selbst war sehr sauber, hell, freundlich, modern eingerichtet und die Betten sehr bequem. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

Sehr freundliche Vermieter, wunderschöne sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit einer phantastischen Aussicht. Die Woche war viel zu kurz!
